Photography is a passion of mine and all tools associated with that passion fascinates me. I have been purchasing used film cameras for a few years now and have built a little collection. Often times I pick them up for a song on Ebay and then spend a bit of time cleaning them up.

My trick...I never sell and I shoot all my cameras. The joy is not just in owning them but using them. In most cases I cannot tell which camera took which picture without looking at my notes but the joy of shooting each camera is unique.

In this section of this website I will explore some of my vintage cameras and share some of the shots taken with them.

Crown Graphic

A popular Large Format camera which had its hey day in the 1940's. Shoots some fantastic images and is a great way to get into Large Format photography.
Picture

Yashica-C

A Twin-Lens-Reflex (TLR) camera which shoots some great Medium Format pictures. The top viewfinder gives some interesting angles for portraits.

Leica M6

Leica is a brand which divides photographers into two very different camps. The truth is it is a fantastic camera in every regard and while it won't work for everyone's budget the Leica M6 is a magnificent camera.
